The Red Drum is farmed in the purest waters in the world, in the heart of the lagoon of Mauritius, and is known for the subtle flavor of its white flesh.

Facing the trade winds of the Indian Ocean, the red drums grow in pure waters, away from the urban areas. In these optimal conditions, they were granted the "Friends of the Sea" certification for sustainable and responsible fish farming.
